P. S. This point of this shot was the sunset as we were driving to the west side for a gig one day – it’s not a very good shot, kinda because of the car coming from the other direction, composition, etc. But it is a good shot after all because I got of “Hula” in the shot hanging from the mirror. My father in law Bob gifted me with this ornament 20 years ago after I danced a hula for him as a gift at his surprise 70th Birthday celebration. We dubbed her “Hula” and she’s been hanging from the rearview mirror of every car we’ve owned for all this time. When the kids were little they used to call her uli uli (the hula implement she holds in her hands) boxing gloves. : )
