Now this is more like it…sunny day with warm sunshine…yeah, baby! If I had my car I’d be at the beach but we’re a one-horse family this week as the old Dodge Ram gets a new carburetor. Anyway we have lots of music to play and here is where you’ll find Phil & Angela Benoit this week:

P. S. In honor of football’s big day, here’s a shot of cheerleader me. I believe I was a junior in high school (Maui High School) so I was on the varsity pep squad. Yes, those are WHITE Keds! I don’t know how she did it but my Mom had my Keds always brilliant white. Back in the day we had two uniforms, one ‘formal’ one and the other was an aloha print one. We actually bought the fabric for the one in this picture from the old Otaheite store at Ka’ahumanu Center. They had bolts of their signature prints on sale in the store back then.
