Well here we are in Seattle. Enjoyed a nice flight – caught up on some sleep, watched a movie, froze (why is it so cold on those airplanes!), arrived at our destination and slept some more. Slow start this morning, you know how you’re overtired after flying and can’t get to sleep? And why, oh why do they have those bright B L I N K I N G lights on the smoke alarms in hotel rooms? WHY? Phil got up and covered them with duct tape but those darn lights are tenacious….they still blinked through the tape but at least they were muted.
Anyway, we have the day and night off and will spend it with BOTH our offspring. It was so nice to see Max last night when we dropped Kendall off at his apartment. Look forward to hanging out with those two. : )

And so it begins…airplane selfie (it was so closed I wrapped my scarf around my head, ears and mouth; airplane food; all our gear (minus the small blue suitcase – that belongs to Kendall. We have six pieces (2 suitcases for our clothes, 3 pieces of PA plus a small suitcase for add’l gear. PLUS Phil’s briefcase and guitar. Not THAT bad for a month.
