Left Palm Desert in the very wee (like 4 a.m. wee) early morning to make our way to Carmel. Once we got through the mad rush of Riverside and got to Hwy 5, the drive was much nicer.
Made it to Uncle Herb ‘ s and Aunt Dana ‘ s home…Henry the cat was there – handsome as ever! We took a stroll down to Carmel Beach – it was a gorgeous, sunny day. Nice view of the Pebble Beach Golf Course. Stopped at the bar at LA Playa for a beverage : )…then hung out at the house with Herb and Dana. Cousin Bob stopped by and we all enjoyed a lovely chili dinner. Early to bed tonight. All that driving is exhausting!
