I’m happy to be writing that the weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately. Hasn’t been too cold and it feels like Hawaii again. Lol. Phil had a super day of surf at Ho’okipa yesterday with perfect conditions. We have some special engagements this week so our regular schedule is light but here is where you’ll find Phil & Angela Benoit this week:
We were not at ‘Ami ‘Ami Bar & Grill on Friday the 17th as we were rehearsing for an upcoming performance with David Benoit…(keep reading). We’ll be back on our normal Friday schedule there next week on the 24th.
Saturday, February 18 (tonight) at ‘AMI ‘AMI BAR & GRILL at the Maui Coast Hotel in Kihei from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday, February 19 – We are so thrilled to be a part of the Maui Pops Orchestra’s “Winter Pops” Concert with David Benoit at the MACC’S Castle Theater. We rehearsed last night (which is why weren’t at ‘Ami ‘Ami) and the orchestra sounds fantastic – we are so fortunate to have such talented musicians here on the Island. David has put together a nice variety of music from Copland, Bernstein, Mancini, Williams and his originals. I was so impressed watching him conduct the Maui Pops Orchestra.
