Wedding Fun
P. S. We played at a wedding reception last week Saturday. Kevin & Isabel were a cute, sweet couple with a nice group of family and friends in attendance. The reception was originally supposed to be held at the Dragonfruit Farm up at Launiupoko but because of Hurricane Lester it was relocated to Keopuolani Hall at Waiola Church in Lahaina. Thank goodness because it was so muggy and we’d be dying out in the open at the Dragon Fruit Farm! Instead we were in air-conditioned comfort at Keopuolani Hall. Here’s a little collage of the band and me and the folks enjoying the reception. Interesting tidbit about Waiola Church: It is the first Christian church on Maui, founded in 1823.
