P. S. As usual, Phil outdid himself with the perfect turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner. He roasts the turkey in our Weber kettle grill – has been doing it like for all these years and it’s fall-off-the-bone-juicy-tasty every time. Three hours is all it takes to cook the bird! Here is the Weber Master in all his glory as he started the carving yesterday.
